Caribbean Fudge Pie

  1. Cream the margarine with sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler or in microwave.
  2. Add melted chocolate and instant coffee to egg mixture. Stir in flour and 1 cup broken walnuts.
  3. Turn into pie shell. Top with remaining walnuts (halves), if desired.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  5. Cool. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip, if desired.
  6. (The cream actually tones down the sweetness!)
  7. Slice thin.
  8. Very rich and yummy.
