Baked Cheesy Chicken Wraps
- 1 None grilled chicken, meat shredded
- 1 (14) oz can sweet corn
- 1 (14 oz) can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup chunky mild salsa
- 8 None flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- None None fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
- None None lime wedges, to serve
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken, sweet corn, kidney beans and half the salsa together. Divide among tortillas and roll to enclose filling.
- Arrange in dish and spoon remaining salsa over. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
- Bake for 10-15 mins, until cheese has melted and filling is hot. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges.
