Baked Sausages With Tomatoes And White Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Arrange sausages, tomato, shallots, rosemary, and garlic in a large baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine wine, 2 tablespoons oil, vinegar and sugar; pour into baking dish and season to taste.
  4. Bake 30 minutes. Add sourdough to baking dish; drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  5. Bake 10 minutes. Spoon beans into baking dish; bake a further 4-5 minutes, until bread is crisp and golden.
  6. Serve with arugula.
