Crabby Mushrooms
- 1 lb. fresh or thawed frozen crabmeat
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 48 medium mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2/3 c. finely chopped black olives
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Rinse and drain crabmeat.
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Toss crabmeat with lemon juice in medium bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients, except cheese and mushrooms, and mix well.
- Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Rinse baking sheet lightly with water; shake off excess.
- Arrange mushrooms on sheet.
- Cover with foil and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking until tips are golden, about 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
