Construction Site Birthday Cake

• 4 (16 oz) sponge cakes
• 1 (1 lb) tub chocolate frosting
• 1 None milk chocolate bar, cut into 3 pieces
• 1.5 oz honeycomb, cut into small chunks
• 24 None Hershey's kisses
• 20 None brown mini M&M's
• 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
• 1 tsp yellow Pop Rocks
• None None small construction toys

1. Secure 2 cakes side by side on a cake board with a little frosting. Coat with frosting. Cut remaining cakes into large pieces and stack on top, securing with a little frosting. Using a small, sharp knife, trim to form a mound.
2. Using a small serrated knife, cut into cake to create a 2 inch wide sloping roadway around the cake, leading to the top of the cake. Spread remaining frosting over cake. Decorate with chocolate bar, honeycomb, Hershey's kisses, M&M's, sprinkles, Pop Rocks and toys.
