Marinated Pork Fillet

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook pork until seared on all sides. Season. Place on a foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-20 mins. Remove pork from the oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 20 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk the teriyaki sauce, lime peel and juice, ginger and chili peppers in a large bowl. Season then whisk in the olive oil. Cut pork into thin slices and add to the marinade.
  3. Serve pork garnished with green onions and additional chili peppers. Serve with crusty baguettes.
