Sesame Crusted Fish With Asian Noodles

  1. Combine the sesame seeds and flour on a plate. Dip the fish into the mixture to coat, pressing firmly.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Cook the fish for 2-3 mins each side until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a wok. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 mins until just tender. Add the noodles, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins until heated through.
  4. Serve the stir-fry with the fish.
