Mexican Beef And Bean Fajitas

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Working in batches, brown beef. Set aside. Add cumin, paprika, onion, pepper and beans. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins, or until onion is soft. Return beef to pan along with juices. Cook, stirring, for 1 min, or until heated through.
  2. Top tortillas with 1/2 of the mixed greens then beef mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro and roll up to enclose filling. Serve with remaining mixed greens.
