Sausage Caesar Salad
- 1/3 None spicy chorizo, cut into 1/3 inch cubes
- 4 None thin beef sausages
- 3 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
- 4 None eggs
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Lightly coat bread with oil. Bake for 4-5 mins, or until golden.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Lightly coat sausages with oil then add to pan along with bacon. Cook, turning, for 6-7 mins, or until sausages are cooked and bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels. Slice sausages.
- Meanwhile, to hard boil the eggs, place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat. Let eggs sit in hot water for 12 mins, drain then run under cold water. Peel and quarter.
- Toss lettuce, croutons, sausages, bacon, eggs, Parmesan and dressing together. Serve immediately.
