Hearty Stew

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Spray Dutch oven with cooking spray. Brown on all sides.
  3. Remove and place on paper towel to drain. Wipe grease from oven.
  4. Re-coat with spray.
  5. Add carrots and onion. Saute until slightly brown.
  6. Return steak to pan.
  7. Add all other ingredients.
  8. Stir and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Add beans and simmer 30 minutes.
  10. Yield:
  11. 2 1/2 quarts.
  12. Serving size:
  13. 1 cup.
