Asian Chicken Burgers

  1. Combine ground chicken, chopped cilantro, green onion, fish sauce, egg, sugar and garlic in a large bowl. Season to taste and mix well.
  2. Shape mixture into 12 even-sized patties. Place on a tray. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
  3. Heat an oiled grill pan or large skillet on medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 mins each side, until golden and cooked through. Keep warm.
  4. For the chili mayonnaise, mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Spread a little chili mayonnaise on the bottom of each roll. Top evenly with cabbage, 3 patties, cucumber, carrot and additional cilantro leaves. Dollop a little additional mayonnaise on top, if desired. Finish with remaining half of roll.
