Microwave Tortellini Casserole

• 1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 medium tomatoes
• 1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated or 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese (optional) tortellini
• 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
• 1 medium zucchini
• 1/4 c. fresh basil
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Remove sausage from casing.
2. In 2 1/2-quart casserole, cook sausage, onion and garlic, covered, on High, 2 to 4 minutes, until done.
3. Drain.
4. Set aside.
5. Coarsely chop 2 tomatoes, tortellini, bouillon and 1/4 cup water.
6. Cook, covered, on High, 10 to 14 minutes until tortellini are almost tender.
7. Stir occasionally. Cut zucchini into 1/2-inch pieces.
8. Add to casserole.
9. Cook 5 minutes.
10. Cut up remaining tomato.
11. Stir in tomato and basil. Cover and let stand 2 minutes.
12. Serves 4.
