Pork And Raisin Pasties

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add ground beef, onion and paprika; cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, peas, raisins, egg and 2 tbsp water until combined. Cool slightly.
  3. Lightly roll out pie crust on floured surface. Quarter each pie crust to form 8 wedges. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto one side of each wedge. Brush pastry edges with water. Fold in half to enclose and form triangles; press edges with fork to seal. Transfer to prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 25 mins or until golden and cooked through. Serve with mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and additional tomato sauce.
