Italian Stuffed Shells

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic; drain well. Stir in water, tomato paste, bouillon and oregano.
  2. Simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
  3. In medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and egg; mix well. Stuff shells with cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Pour meat sauce over shells.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
