Spaghetti With Vegetable Sauce

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 mins. Drain and rinse under cold water. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute mushrooms and pepper for 3 mins. Add beans, zucchini, garlic and basil and cook for 3 mins. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 3 mins. Season then toss with pasta and broccoli. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
