Tangy Duck Salad

  1. Combine the shallots, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and oil in a medium bowl. Set aside for 10 mins until the shallots become transparent.
  2. Combine the cucumber, herbs and kaffir lime leaves in a large bowl. Add the shallot mixture and toss well.
  3. Arrange the duck on a serving platter with the salad. Top with chili pepper and green onion. Accompany with lime wedges.
