Horseradish Beef Salad

  1. Preheat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Season both sides of beef with pepper. Spray with no.stick cooking spray. Cook for 4-5 mins each side for medium or until cooked to desire doneness.
  3. Transfer beef to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; let stand for 5 mins. Slice.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp water and horseradish in a small bowl until combined.
  5. Divide lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, onion and beef among serving bowls. Drizzle with dressing; serve at once.
