Mushroom Spread Toasties

  1. Preheat the oven to 300u0b0F.
  2. Process mushrooms until finely chopped.
  3. Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook garlic, thyme and mushrooms, stirring, until tender. Discard thyme stems. Stir in cheese, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cut out 1 1/2-inch rounds from brioche slices. Place on baking pan. Toast again in oven about 5 mins or until crisp.
  5. Place 1 tsp mushroom mixture on each toast. Top with sour cream and chives.
