One Pot Chili Cheese Pasta

  1. For the sauce, heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Cook the onion, garlic, pork, thyme and chili flakes, stirring, until the pork is browned. Stir in the sauce and sugar and simmer 2 mins. Add 3 cups hot water and uncooked pasta and cook, covered, 20 mins, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in 3/4 of cheese and season to taste. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley to serve.
