Enchilada Casserole

  1. Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
  2. Brown meat; mix seasonings with tomato sauce and add 1/2 can enchilada sauce. (Pour remaining enchilada sauce over casserole.)
  3. Pour 1/2 mix into casserole dish.
  4. Top with 4 tortillas and 4 slices of cheese. Repeat.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Be sure to pour rest of enchilada sauce over casserole.
  7. Serves 5 or 6.
