Chicken Pasta Salad With Curry Dressing

  1. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, green onions and basil. Set aside.
  2. To make the dressing, melt butter in a small frying pan over low heat. Cook garlic, ginger, curry paste and cayenne until softened. Whisk in cream. Cook until slightly thickened. Add vinegar and chutney. Toss with pasta salad. Season.
