Potato Dish Casserole

  1. Line ovenproof casserole dish with potatoes.
  2. Bake at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes, uncovered, until potatoes are browned.
  3. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; add broccoli, soup thinned with the milk, 1/2 of the shredded cheese and 1/2 can of fried onions. Heat through.
  4. When potatoes are done, remove from oven and lower temperature to 350u0b0.
  5. Fill with meat and vegetable mixture; cover and put back in oven.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Five minutes before done, remove lid; sprinkle on rest of cheese and onions and cook remaining 5 minutes uncovered.
  8. Enjoy!
