Banana Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Spread both sides of bread with butter. Cut in half. Arrange in a 6 cup baking dish, alternating with banana slices, slightly overlapping the pieces. Sprinkle with berries.
  3. In a large bowl, combine half condensed milk, all the milk and eggs and whisk well. Pour over bread and set aside 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake pudding 45-50 minutes, until top is golden and custard mixture just set.
  5. Meanwhile, to make caramel sauce, place remaining condensed milk in a saucepan. Stir over a medium heat 5-6 minutes, until thick and golden. Mix in cream, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cool pudding 5-10 minutes. Serve with ice cream and caramel sauce.
