Trucker'S Beef Stew

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, simmer beef cubes and potatoes with 4 ounces water for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Drain water.
  3. Add carrots, celery, peppers, onion, ketchup, steak sauce and 2 ounces water and combine thoroughly.
  4. Cover pan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with brown rice.
  6. All ingredients can be put in a crock-pot and cooked on low for six to eight hours.
