Pesto Fish Wraps

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Combine fish and pesto. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook fish, in batches, for 1-2 mins per side, or until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil and bake for 8 mins, or until hot.
  3. Arrange lettuce, fish, tomato and avocado on tortillas. Top with mayonnaise. Roll up to enclose filling. Serve with fries and citrus wedges.
