  14. When frozen meat thaws, cut it (with
  15. a spatula) into 4 pieces to hasten cooking.
  16. When it is done,
  17. drain thoroughly

  19. add the tomato sauce and water. You may also add more Mrs.
  20. Dash at this time.
  21. Serves 4.
