Pork And Cilantro Noodles

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 7-8 mins, until browned. Add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Transfer to a large heatproof bowl. Wipe pan clean.
  2. Add remaining oil to pan and stir-fry pepper for 2 mins, until softened. Add bok choy and pork mixture. Toss to combine. Add sesame oil and marinade. Stir-fry for 2 mins, or until heated.
  3. Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water for 5 mins then stir to separate strands. Drain. Add to pork mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
