- 1/2 cup packed mint leaves
- 2 tsp finely grated lime peel
- 1 1/3 lbs ground beef

- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 12 None lettuce leaves
- Coarsely chop half each of the basil and mint. Place whole basil and mint leaves in a bowl. Set aside.
