Tofu And Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Dust tofu in flour, shaking off excess. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Fry tofu 1 min, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
  2. Add onion, ginger and garlic to wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add bok choy and snow peas. Stir-fry 2 mins.
  3. Combine vegetable stock, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and sesame oil. Pour over vegetables. Stir-fry 1 min, then return tofu to wok and toss until heated through. Serve with steamed rice.
