Holiday Delight Cheese Cake(Low-Fat)
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice fat-free cream cheese, soft
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. Healthy Choice cholesterol free egg product (or 3 egg whites)
- 8 oz. nonfat lemon yogurt
- Reddi-Wip lite whipped topping
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.
- Mix well.
- Pat into bottom of a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
- Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together until light, fluffy and smooth.
- Gradually add lemon juice and egg product; beat well.
- Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.
- Pour over prepared crust.
- Loosely place foil over spring-form pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until center of cake is set. Gently run tip of knife between cake and edge of pan.
- Cool to room temperature before removing from pan.
- Chill.
- Top with Reddi-Wip or fruit pie filling.
- Has 4 grams of fat per serving.
