Hoisin Lamb Stir-Fry

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in sesame seeds.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a wok or large skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of the oil; swirl to coat surface. Add beans; stir-fry for 8 mins or until just tender. Transfer to a bowl. Add celery, pepper and onion; stir-fry for 5 mins or until tender. Transfer to bowl.
  3. Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil in wok on medium-high heat. Add lamb; stir-fry, in batches, for 1 min or until browned. Return vegetables to wok with hoisin sauce. Stir-fry for 2 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with rice.
