Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Melt butter in a large bowl; cool to room temperature. Line baking pans with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Mix the sugars, sifted flours and peanuts in a large bowl. Stir eggs and peanut butter into butter. Add to flour mixture and mix to form a soft dough. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Place two level tablespoons of dough about 2 inches apart on prepared pans.
  4. Bake for about 15 mins or until lightly browned. For chewier cookies, bake a few minutes less; for crisp cookies, bake a few minutes longer. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
