White Chocolate Mud Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 325u0b0F. Grease a deep 9-inch round cake pan and line bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chocolate, butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan on low heat. Stir until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and cool for 15 mins.
  3. Whisk in the combined sifted flours, vanilla extract and eggs. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for about 2 hours until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
  5. For the white chocolate ganache, bring cream to a boil in small saucepan. Pour over chocolate in medium bowl. Stir until chocolate melts. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, about 30 mins or until ganache is of a spreadable consistency. Place the cake, top-side up, onto a plate. Spread top and sides with the ganache.
