Hidden Valley Ranch Pizzaettes
- 2 c. cooked, crumbled sausage, drained (1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. prepared Hidden Valley original salad dressing mix
- 1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Blot sausage dry on paper towels. Combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red peppers. Grease mini muffin pans.
- Press in wonton or egg roll wrappers. Brush with oil.
- Bake 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from pans.
- Place on baking sheets.
- Fill with cheese dressing sausage mix.
- Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Makes 5 dozen.
- Delicious.
