Baked Blueberry And Croissant Custards

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Place four 1-cup baking dishes in a roasting pan.
  2. Whisk milk, eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Layer croissant quarters and blueberries in dishes. Divide egg mixture among dishes. Let stand for 5 mins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Add enough boiling water to roasting pan to come halfway up the sides of the dishes. Bake for 30-35 mins, until custards are just set. Serve warm or cold with vanilla yogurt.
