Turkey Breast With Pear And Camembert

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season the turkey with salt and black pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey, turning, for 3 mins. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  2. Melt the butter in a separate frying pan and saute the pear for 2 mins, turning. Sprinkle with sugar. Lay the pear slices in 4 circular clusters on the baking tray. Top each with a piece of turkey, 1/4 of the cheese and 1 tsp cranberry sauce. Bake for 5-7 mins, until the cheese has melted. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
