Corn And Avocado Salad

  1. Preheat a grill. Lightly coat corn with oil then grill over medium heat for 10 mins, until tender and lightly browned. Let cool then cut 1 ear of corn into rounds and the kernels off the remaining 2 cobs.
  2. Arrange mixed greens on a serving platter then vegetables over top. Whisk together garlic, lime zest, lime juice, herbs and oil. Season then drizzle over salad.
