Streusel
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. raisins or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Stir the first 4 ingredients together.
- In another bowl, mix egg, milk and oil.
- Add to flour mixture, stirring well.
- Fold in raisins or chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
- Cut in margarine until crumbly.
- Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
- Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
