Beef And Chutney Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Sift together flour, baking powder and 1 tsp salt. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Add milk and mix until combined. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Divide into 2 portions and roll each portion into a 10 x 12 inch rectangle.
  2. Spread 1/2 the chutney evenly over dough. Top with beef and cheese. Tightly roll each rectangle, from long side, into a log then slice each log into 12 pieces. Place spirals, cut side up, on prepared pans. Bake for 15 mins, or until cheese has melted and spirals are golden.
  3. Serve with remaining chutney.
