Banana And Honey Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F. Grease and line a 7x3 1/2 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
  2. Combine honey and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted.
  3. Combine banana and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, milk and honey mixture. Sift flour and spice mix over top then fold in. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 50-55 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then turn out onto a wire rack. Slice loaf. Serve warm, topped with butter and honeycomb.
