Spicy Pork Noodle Stir-Fry

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry green beans and onion for 1-2 mins. Set aside. Add remaining oil. Stir-fry pork, ginger, cumin and chili flakes for 1-2 mins. Add sugar, soy sauce and thick cream layer from coconut cream. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until slightly thickened. Add remaining coconut cream.
  2. Distribute noodles between serving bowls. Top with pork mixture. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and lemon wedges.
