Three Cheese Chicken Bake
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pimiento
- 1/3 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook noodles.
- Drain well.
- In saucepan, cook onions and pepper in small amount of water until tender.
- Drain.
- Add soup and mushrooms, pimiento, milk and basil to vegetables.
- Layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 mix, chicken and cheeses.
- Repeat.
- Bake in covered casserole in 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
