Tuna And Arugula Pasta

  1. Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain well; return to pan.
  2. Drain tuna, reserving oil (set aside for dressing). Flake tuna into pasta with cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives and toasted pine nuts. Set aside.
  3. For the dressing, whisk lemon peel and juice, reserved tuna oil, mustard and garlic in small bowl. Season to taste.
  4. Toss arugula with pasta with dressing. Serve with crusty bread.
