Tandoori Chicken With Lemon Yogurt Dressing

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken and tandoori paste, tossing well to coat evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine arugula, tomatoes and cucumber. Set aside.
  3. Preheat an indoor grill pan over high heat. Spray lightly with oil. Grill chicken for 3-5 mins on each side, until cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cilantro, and lemon juice, and season to taste.
  5. Serve chicken on salad, drizzled with dressing.
