Peanut Butter Brownie

  1. Preheat the oven to 325u0b0F. Grease a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Mix butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook and stir for 5 mins or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, then eggs; mix well. Sift flour and cocoa powder over chocolate mixture. Stir until combined. Spread 1/2 the batter in prepared pan; smooth the surface. Drop teaspoons of 1/2 of the peanut butter evenly over the top. Carefully spread with remaining batter. Drop teaspoons of remaining peanut butter evenly over the top.
  3. Bake for 3 mins or until peanut butter melts. Remove from oven. Using a small knife, swirl peanut butter into brownie batter. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Return to oven. Bake for 45 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with crumbs attached. Cool in pan on wire rack.
