Tempura Fish With Noodle Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place fish on tray and bake for 16-17 mins, or until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
  2. Soak noodles in boiling water for 1 min. Stir to separate strands then drain. Transfer to a large bowl along with carrot, snow peas, red pepper and cilantro.
  3. Whisk together chili sauce and ketjap manis. Drizzle over salad and toss to combine. Distribute between serving plates and top with fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
