Swordfish Kebabs With Wasabi Green Beans

  1. Place swordfish, cilantro, lemongrass, ginger, oil and salt in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Let stand 5-10 mins, to marinate.
  2. Thread 4 fish chunks onto each skewer. Cook on flat grill pan on high heat 2 1/2 mins each side, until just cooked.
  3. Bring large saucepan of salted water to boil. Add beans. Cook 5-6 mins, until just tender. Drain.
  4. Melt butter and wasabi in same saucepan until bubbling. Add beans; toss to coat. Season with sea salt flakes.
  5. Serve beans with skewered swordfish and steamed rice.
