Chili Shrimp With Mango Salad

  1. For the mango salad, combine mango, onion, chili pepper, sprouts and cilantro in a large bowl. For the dressing, whisk fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and peanut oil in a small bowl. Drizzle over salad; toss well.
  2. Combine shrimp with turmeric, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Cook shrimp mixture, in batches, on a heated oiled grill pan until lightly browned.
  4. Serve shrimp with salad.
