Fish Stew

  1. In Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic about 5 minutes, stirring often until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in chili powder, cook 2 minutes stirring often.
  3. Stir in broth and chilies.
  4. Heat to boiling, reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, pepper, shrimp and fish.
  6. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and shrimp are heated through.
  8. Gradually stir in yogurt and heat just until hot (do not boil).
