Half Time Fajitas

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook chicken 4-5 mins, until well browned.
  2. Add pepper and onion; cook, stirring, 2-3 mins, until softened.
  3. Add shrimp; cook 1-2 mins, until almost cooked through. Stir in sauce; cook 2-3 mins, until heated through.
  4. Stir in cilantro and lime peel and juice. Pile onto tortillas. Serve with arugula, tomatoes and cashews.
